a) Marketing strategy
To give suitable marketing strategies, the company should give a series of following policies:
- Classify customers, give concrete sale strategies, carry out price strategies in flexible, suitable way and appropriate to market price
- Improve and develop the domestic market in wide, deep and stable way, continually raise quality of products
- Continue strengthening advertisement, product introduction to consumers; maintain after-sale customer support activities; participate in fair, exhibition activities and so on
- Toughly ensure in term of quantity and quality of products when delivery Maintain and regularly improve quality management system of the company
- Regularly promote trade to strengthen product export to out of the country
b) Strategy to expand business production:
- Concentrate to develop products, traditional services and be advantages of the company such as super-smooth CaCO3 products, PCB30 cement, PCB40 cement and Clinker.
- Invest for mine exploitation by providing exploitation equipment, transportation equipment and infrastructure; invest to upgrade capacity of super-smooth products of CaCO3 processing factory from 60.000 tons to 80.000 tons/year; Raise structure of finished coating products up to 20.000 tons/year
- Strengthen exploitation and expand the market; open more wholesale agent system and channels for selling products out of the country
- Seek stable output material sources with reasonable price and quality
- Effectively operate a new assembly project of Yen Bai cement factory with its capacity of 350.000 tons/year
c) Financial strategy:
- Maintain a healthy and suitable financial structure which is an important factor to reduce financial risks for the company as well as ensure sufficient capital for business production
- Besides that, capital is always an important factor for enterprises. The company is gradually approaching and seeking measures for effective capital mobilization, saving such as mobilization from its staff, borrowing from the bank or raising through securities market. Depend on financial situation of the company and market analysis, the company will select most effective measure for capital mobilization.
d) Human resource strategy:
- Strengthen the machinery according to tidy and quality way
- Promote site training for human resource
- Attract more skilled human resource from the outside
